twas the night before equifest when all thru the yard, not a creature was stiring not even the rat!, the leg wraps where hung buy the lorry with care, in hoping that red one will soon be theirs, the horses where nestled all snug in there bed, while evening performances danced in there head, horses in hoodies and i in my onsie, getting excited for the equifest funzie potions and lotions give glowing white feather, fingers are crossed as we look at the weather!, time table set and judges are known, the nerves set in should i be staying at home?!? horse boxes packed with chocolate and booze, lets hope were not parked to far from the loos! a social event where we meet all mates, but who will be 1st in line at the gates? come hunters come hacks come sweet riding ponies. on cobs on coloured on tiny tot lead reins, to the top of the line to the top of the world, now smile on smile on, smile will u all. rosettes and sashes are not all that matter, but all the friends and the excited chatter,as karey is calling you into the spot light, a happy equifest all and all a good night!
