twc, etc. Whatever Internet Carrier you have, they feel the need to let you know ahead of time that they are slowing the speed of your internet. So if you do not get whateverthecrap they advertise, you can look forward to being royally screwed. This is what it is about, more money... They do not care about your bill. Just pay it, and like Chuckie, "...we be friends till the end..." I have been screwed, cheated out of the time that I was supposed to get out of twc, yeah, small caps, focus... Oh and by the way, there are not that many persons, online, as they claim to be... pay close attention... They just need us, but, maybe, just maybe, they think, we need them more!
