two examples of customer great customer service I ordered an ice cream cone and before I could get my money together to pay for it they already had it ready. i am at the chick-fil-a using there free wifi on my laptop and i couldnt connect to the internet for some reason so i call the number for tech support that they provide when you log in and he asked me how could he help me i told him what the problem was and he asked me to hold on for a moment i said sure (remind you i never gave him my first or last name) and he came back and said thanks for waiting and asked was my last name Skinner I said yeah and how do you know my name and he told me that he tracked my ip address from my computer. Im not gone lie it freaked me out a little bit bcuz them ppl are located in Atlanta and they will make it their business to help you now that is some good damn customer service.
