u know the older folks they had it together .....back when we were growing up we may not have been rich..but we never went without...and there were no food stamps and welfare exploited either...the truly needy only has those...people would grow and can their own veggies...catch fish and share with u...when u visited u didnt leave empty handed....men worked and then they worked in their wood shop ..they made everything from bowls to candle holders...the mothers would be crocheting...again they were not rich but they always had something to give.....
