ugh just got off the phone with JCP automated hell no joke for 18 minutes constantly say this say that yadda...... that damn thing never would connect me ot a liveperson so i called another number and gave them an ear full aafter listening to stupid double talk .....mmmmm my husband laughed in the background as i stammered to keep from cussing and explain things to them as to if the cancel someting before i receive it before i ever got billed for it before it even had an invoice it never was shipped or boxed why the hell do they still charge me AND charge interest on it AND why they wont remove it for said amount of days so they can gain more interest off it and why there is a $1.00 tranaction fee when there was no transaction??? i understadn perhap a cancelation fee which they said no we never charge that PFFT!!! .........MMMMMMMMM (noise i kept making to cover up my real words i wanted ot say LMAO) i simple explain well if it dont get cleared by this billing cycle i will cancel .....
