And then she weighed me many times, moving the scale here and there..and grudgingly acknowledged that I have lost a lot of weight. I thought I caught a glimpse of admiration in that smile. She is too young to realize that her dad has some very good qualities in him, of which discipline/commitment is one, and is not a loser as her mother constantly paints him to be.
