ulinzi dispatched usiu 68~56 and will move to play kpa in the finals. only two points seperated the two teams in three quarters with the soldiers taking the first and third while the students had the last. the difference was the 2nd and it was ulinzi who was up 21~11. the 3rd ended in style for the winners with mufutu dancing inside for two quick buckets and dropping a long three at the buzzer. they hanged for long spells without odendo and wafula. geoffrey mwaniki came in and did well to steady the ship as tigers tried to claw back in vain. a sad birthday for abel who was woefully off. he launched shots after shots but couldnt find the right angle. a horrible 1/11 from the field and 0/6 from beyond the arc. far too many back to back games taking its toll, maybe. wili battled for 24 and kigotho 16. and those weary limbs must take a days break and then walk into the waitings hands of a younger, sharper and fresher kpa. these damn play offs must end and it can be as early as friday or who knows sunday.
