um.. not for nothin but there are still vacant stores in the Shoppes at Cross Keys (Coldwater Creek is closing now too), they are building more vacant stores across the street from that with a used car dealership , Carmax, and up the street on Crosskeys they are building more vacant stores... how about we make sure those store fronts are 100% occupied before we build more? thinking people from the Philly side of the state are going to drive past Deptford to get to these stores is ridiculous. People that live closer to AC will go to those outlets. And honestly.. do they think people living in Brittany Woods, Revere Run (I and II), Autumn Ridge Apartments and Cherrywood can afford to shop in high-end stores even if they are outlets? Not to mention the additional traffic on the Black Horse Pike side of the outlets... that section of the pike is a two lane road.. are there plans to widen that road to accommodate the additional traffic? We dont need stores on every corner. We dont need four of the same stores within a 5 mile radius even if they are in different townships.. Are people that lazy that they cant drive the extra 5 five minutes to a store? Not gonna be easy to breathe when all the trees are gone an all we have to make oxygen is brick and mortar.
