update I have called the police about my dogs being poisoned : My dogs are not doing well and they probably will not make it through the weekend. Even though we have factual circumstantial evidence such as verbal threats made in the presence of other people that he was going to kill my dogs, foot tracks leading from his house to my back yard and some video evidence of types of the harassment we have endured plus a paper trail of phone calls to the police about these incidences we do not have hard factual proof. We were advised to install surveillance cameras that would catch him in the act. SO we are now searching the internet for cameras, Please keep my dogs in your thoughts, this is just so sickening and sad.
