update! today starts day 10 of my detox/cleanse -- im down 7.8 pounds. its amazing to me how the body works and how everything works together. im feeling back in control of food again (it had gotten a bit out of control late july) and still loving the food. im nervous for the weekend as i will be out at our cottage - temptation and a lot of questions.. but, bring it on. :) have a great Friday, friends.
