#vacancy Receptionist_Barclays Life - 00196303 Primary Location:Botswana Job Type:Permanent/Regular Posting Range:19 Jan 2015 - 4 Feb 2015 Description Overall Job Purpose The role will be responsible for providing positive contact between walk-in customers, phone-in customers and various internal stakeholders in the Business. To also provide administrative support to the Line Manger and various team members. Main Accountability Meet and greet all walk-in customers in in a professional manner Answer routine questions and determine the customer needs in order to direct them to the appropriate contact person Ensure that the reception area is clean and presentable at all time by storing documents in a secure place Receive and screen telephone call in order to direct the callers to the appropriate contact Summarise waiting times of customer and escalate to the Line Managers. Essential/Basic Qualifications Education and Experience Required.
