veins in the stones we carry This is an archival film version of veins in the stones we carry, which was performed in the summer of 2014 as part of the tinydance projects tiny tour of greater Northampton, MA. Like all tinydance pieces, veins... is intended to be performed live, in public settings where it can be viewed by a variety of witnesses, from audience members who see the entire piece to passersby who glimpse a small fragment. The tinystage is towed by bicycle to performance venues, and the low-tech dance created as part of the tinydance project is performed in natural light to live, acoustic accompaniment.
