via Art of Armenia History shows that great powers have always worked together to weaken Armenia.There are numerous examples of that in Armenias long and checkered history. Armenia has always experienced an uneasy existence and has been perceived as a threat by those powers that felt vulnerable to the potential the Armenians posses. It is a miracle that this Ancient nation and people still exist in the most historically active and volatile region on earth and in human history. Armenia and Armenians are an anomaly and the exception to the concept of nation building through the assimilation of peoples.
