via Elizabeth Rigney Interesting History Channel documentary about weather warfare. Lots of talking in hypothetical situations, but its over 100 years since Tesla successfully experimented with this technology, and he tried to suppress it for a very good reason. He knew that if it fell into the wrong hands that it would be used for destruction rather than its intended purpose, which was to give free energy to mankind. Also interesting to note is that The History Channel is listed as an asset of General Electric - the energy and defense contractor giant, so is The Weather Channel, and The Military History Channel...and up until last year, so was NBC Universal and its subsidiaries. Not biased in its coverage of war at all, Im sure.
