via Jody Sykes... to my question if black officers where to start killing black children when they to be considered racists his response: Yes because they operate under the very same jurisdiction code of White officers and the state of federal systematic system of dominant culture racism... SO does that mean BLACKS can be racists too .. ummm? by point here is for us to start looking at the root of the problem and not our individual bias about white people because they are white ..... institutional racism is carried all by ALL PEOPLE as Jody has pointed out... which brings me to my next question..DO YOU BELIEVE THAT THOSE WHO WORK for institutions can bring about a change even under the rules and that many WHITES might not be racist... (hope that is making sense here)
