via Krittika Ghosh Friends and Allies, PLEASE, please, please stop posting pictures of dead Gazan children on Facebook, Twitter and wherever else you are posting. God forbid, if our children died, regardless of the situation, we know that we would not be putting their limbs and other shattered and mutilated parts of their bodies on display for our family, friends and the world to see. Give these children and other dead Gazans some dignity at least in death. Also, we must recognize that there is a long history of posting pictures of dead brown and black children to assuage white liberal politics. Please let us not post pictures of mutilated, bloody bodies of dead Gazans. Afford them some privacy, some dignity. Pray for them and let us not become voyeurs of their dead bodies. -Shaista Artani-Patel
