March 10th is quickly approaching and we are truly appreciative of everyones efforts... mgf This will be an ongoing, on-line event that will close on the March 10th appeals hearing date. We received word from our attorney, Daphne Pattison Silverman of the Silverman Law Group in Austin, Texas in regard to the United States vs. Ashley Richards and Brent Justice animal crush video case. The federal appeals hearing is tentatively set for oral argument the morning of March 10th. The date of the hearing will be firmly set by the week of January 27th. At that time, amicus counsel (our attorney) can file a motion for leave of court for the right to participate in the oral argument. It is imperative that we send Daphne to this hearing and we would also like for one or two of our team members to be present, so that our arguments can be heard clearly in regard to defending the Animal Crush Video Prohibition Act of 2010. We must fight tooth and nail to overturn Judge Sim Lakes ruling, so again, we need your aid. Please join and share the event to help fund this endeavor.
