Israel is about to turn the lights off on Palestinians -- after they allegedly could not pay for electricity after Israel withheld their tax revenue after Palestine applied to join the ICC which has the power to investigate Israels as-they-claim nonexistent war crimes. The West Bank will be in darkness and isolation after Gaza is already in darkness and isolation 18 hours a day. And atrocities can unfold more effectively under cover of darkness and isolation.
