violence is initiated by those who oppress,exploit and fail to recognize others as human being.,! The govt thru the office of the AG has lodge an appeal against the formation of our #UNION. They r outrightly disregarding the labours law that state every employee shld belong to a union,! They r disregarding the constitution as they r used to,which gives us the #INHERENT right of association.! The highcourt that ruled we allowed to form the #DreamUnion was very candid in its reason y it deemed fit 4 us to have the union! When the govt was invited to reply n oppose the formation of the union it didnt show up in the crt yet knw they are appealing. The reason given by the govt is flimsy,n at this time n era irrelevant,the court ruled that we wil have a union that its #MAIN mandate was to negotiate with our employers unlike now the govt we tirelessly work 4 treat us as #ORPHANS! The #dreamunion WILL N SHALL never cal 4 strike n we all agree to that afterall we want a peaceful country We should be allowed the union which wil put govt to task n ask them beside the 21 gun salute what did they do to our fallen comrades of Baragoi! We need the union to ask the govt to give us the remaining 42pct! We need the union to remind the govt that its indiscgplined for officers to wak in torn uniform just coz it has fail to provide...! I SUPPORT KENYA POLICE N PRISON CIVIL UNION
