vk8x Gianni Capaldi has acting credits in: action drama Crossroads (2013); romantic drama Don’t Pass Me By (2013); Jeremy London’s directorial debut, supernatural thriller Devils Dozen (2013), where Capaldi stars alongside C Thomas Howell, Jake Bussey and Eric Roberts; Jason Mewes superhero action comedy Vigilante Diaries(2013); moralistic and paranormal drama The Between (2013) with child actors Joel Courtney and Isabelle Furhman.In addition, Capaldi owns a production company, High Five Films, whose productions include The Wicked Within (2013), Ambushed (2013), Blood of Redemption (2013) and A Certain Justice (2014). I sit down and chat with my fellow Scot about his career, working with Dolph Lundgren, Vinnie Jones, Cung Le and much more. Thanks very much for chatting with us. So you’ve just done three movies (Blood of Redemption, Ambushed & Puncture Wounds AKA A Certain Justice) with Dolph Lundgren, Vinnie Jones and director Giorgio Serafini with James Coyne also co-directing Puncture Wounds/A Certain Justice. How did you guys all get together? Well, I brought in Giorgio for the first movie, which was Ambushed/Hard Rush; I’d worked with Vinnie Jones on another film before called The Cross about two or three years ago. We stayed in touch and became friends; Vinnie’s the kind of guy that is so genuine that when you meet him you just remain friends forever. He’s just that type of guy. Anyway, I brought Giorgio on because I thought he was a great director after Game of Death; I really loved what he did with that.
