vvvAs I come back up for air I want to thank everyone single one of you who came to my cabaret debut at the Pheasantry last week. To play to a packed house was very humbling and to receive such wonderful reviews was totally unexpected. But the biggest thanks goes to my bosom buddy who put the show together based on an idea by me, Martin Milnes; our brilliant MD, James Church; lovely little mover Brendan Matthews and the equally lovely James Bentham, and his camp cameo! It was a real eye-opener for me not having sung a nine-song (or was it more!) repertoire for 17 years, as it so happens. Now its back to primetime television - the BBC announced that I am taking part in BBC Celebrity Masterchef: dont expect too much from me, it aint no Strictly! Thank you all for being there and thank you for supporting my friends and I last week.
