(cake mixture) 2 1/4 cup cake flour 3 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup oil 6 egg yolk 1/4 cup sugar 3/4 c water 1 teaspoon lemon juice Meringue 6 eggwhite 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon cream of tar tar Procedure: 1. Sift together the flour b.powder and salt. 2. In another bowl mix together the yolk, sugar, water,oil and lemon mix it well. 3. Combine together the flour mixture to the egg yolk mixture mix it well. 4. On another bowl using electric mixer, mix the egg white,cream of tar tar and sugar mix it until stiff or meringue texture or foam like. 5. After mixing, fold the meringue on the flour mixture ( batter) 6. Grease your pan before pouring on ur batter, bake on preheated oven at 175 c for 30 to 40 min. or steam it for 30 t0 40 min or until well done... #yema frosting 1 can condense milk 1/2 cup evaporated milk 6 egg yolk 1tablespoon cornstarch or flour Mix all ingredients and cook it on a low heat with continues mixing.. Cook until it thicken or gooey texture.. 1. first coating is the yema frosting... i use it also as the filling 2. secondly , whipped ur cream... i use the 30% fat content whipping cream... cause this gives more volume when whipping the cream... 3. i pour the chocolate with a little cream on it and spread on top of the cake 4. sprinkle it with any type of sprinkle or use cherry and it will come like a forest cake,,,,
