wanna full body workout (cardio too!) tire flips and drag back.. rules r simple, get low like a deadlift keep knees bent with a straight strong back and core, i demo near the end with a knee to support the change over with hands from the deadlift to push forward.. dragging back same rules apply and is more advanced given weight of tire and dragging on a grippy turf dont help either...i try to find a rhythm (pull, hop hop, pull hop hop)
