want to talk about letting go. There are times in a relationship, in life even, when it is just over, when things have come to an end and it is time to let go. Unfortunately, for a lot of us this is easier said then done. There are memories of the good times, there is a fear of being alone and there is most likely some residual love or at least like for the person; but honestly the best thing you can do is cut the cord and let the other person, and yourself, move on. Dragging out a relationship, regardless of whether it was love, physical or just a friendship does more harm then good. You might think you are sparing the other person’s feelings, softening the blow so to speak, but you aren’t, you’re just making yourself feel better and not allowing the other person to move on. If it’s over, it’s over. There is nothing worse then hanging on, with one foot out the door continually looking for the next better option. You certainly aren’t being fair to the other person, and you’re not even being fair to yourself because it makes you half present, always on the lookout instead of enjoying where you are and what you have. Honestly, that is no way to live your life. So be a woman, and end it – cleanly. Don’t text, don’t call late at night and say you miss them, don’t “accidentally” run into them go home togather if you are going to regret it in the morning. You will find someone else, they will find someone else and both of you will be happier much quicker. Thats why i personally, "I KEEP IT REAL" SM!
