watched interstellar today and here is what I feel about the movie, the movie had three monsters to fight with, one was Nolans propensity to direct a movie based on something which we just watched till now in documentaries or read in books, second monster that lurked in nearly half of the movie was the unfathomable, imperceivable and unimaginable spatial dimensions, take our legendy carl sagan or michio kaku or Brian green or roger Penrose or any other author on relativity and gravity or string theory, for instance and notice what everybody has to say about this topic...spatial dimensions are out of human brain even to perceive or imagine so taming this monster for kip and Nolan was one of the daunting task along with third monster and that is the justifiable storyline. the story line more or less felt like preface from kips book which talked about a world using black holes gravity as energy. the movie is a treat to watch when you dont worry about the story line and just realize what went in picturizing and directing those singularities , time warpage , black holes , even hawking radiation ...that was a surprise but that shows kips love to hawking..lol..direction and acting was flawless and interlaced science of relativity and gravity was commendable . I also want to advise people who ridiculed this idea and laughed and cursed the movie that its the best our mind can grasp about spatial dimensions due to the limitation of our evolution in three dimension space. one thing I did not like about the movie was the travel through singularity ..that just couldnt go well below my stomach ..not sure what kip had to say about it knowing that he knows the gravitational pull beyond the event horizon and unimaginable stretch of space time. but overall its nice to see things because now is the time to go beyond the books and start realizing and training our brain beyond the dimensions because sooner gravity will mix with quantum world.
