watchin the rugby league world cup highlights earlier and gutted at the news that former ST Helens full back Steve Prescott has died at only 40 years of age, steve has been fightin a rare form of stomach cancer for 6 or 7 years and has been doin loads of charity work while sufferin from cancer,i started watchin rugby league when the floodgates opened and we lost shed loads of players startin with Jonathan Davies then leadin to most of our best internationals , when Scott Gibbs went to St Helens my following of the game took off and Steve Prescot really caught my eye , an outstanding full back who never got his Great Britain chance due to Wigans Kris Radlinski getting the the job regularly , a big loss to Rugby League and a big loss to his family , rest in peace Steve and keep keep playin in our memories , my thoughts go out to u family , a legend in Rugby League and all over the UK for your charity work , and lets think about poor old Johny Vegas playin in your charity match at St Helens , thatll get em all rockin with laughter , that was a sight to behold........
