watching my old videos, greatest moments ;) haha... to inspire myself before light training. ***LIGHT!*** - because I am not feeling 100% this weekend- may be fighting off a little cold. Rest day was yesterday. Slept 10 hours last night, but have to wake up very early tomorrow so just want to be careful I dont overdue it and get sick. Im thinking dumbbell presses and some rear-delt work, maybe light bench. And thats all. I need to remember, on days like this when I feel Im falling behind in terms of what I think I need to be doing and what Im actually doing just one day, that as long as I continue to make progress and train smart, there is no such thing as falling behind. Because Im not comparing myself to others. Im not comparing my place of ahead or behind to someone else. Only looking at my own progress and accomplishments, and THATS why I watch videos of ME for MY inspiration. :)
