we are making this thing trial way too complicated: dude basically calls the cops and says I see a suspicious black dude cops say "ok, we are on our way....DONT approach him" dude takes it upon himself to approach the "suspect" ANYWAY dude is NOT a cop, and therefore has no true training in conflict resolution and/or self defense (and if he did, why didnt he use it) a confrontation breaks out and dude shoots the suspect suspect happens to be a kid without a gun/knife so now a kid is dead because dude DIDNT follow police instructions and acted outside of his jurisdiction throw dude in jail so we can all move forward please #openandshut
