The best start-up company is looking for a B2B Customer Success Manager. 2 – 3 years of experience in similar role for a B2B SaaS company The CSM is responsible for improving Camilyo new customer acquisition and existing customers renewals ratio by training, supporting and advocating customers usage of the Camilyo product portfolio. Role includes: Presale demos to customer prospects, training of new customers, monitoring customer progress and proactive intervention when needed, understanding and advocating customer needs to the product team, management of customer support portal (content creation and update), preparing a delivering product webinars (how-to and best practices). In essence the CSM will be responsible to provide existing and prospective customers with the tools to succeed and grow their value from Camilyo. Required Skills: • Passionate, self-dependent with high work ethic; • Superb interpersonal skills and ability to build close relationships • Ability to manage large numbers of customers effectively and professionally • Experience in a similar role in a B2B SaaS company (not Gambling / Forex) • Experience with lead nurturing tools and methodologies • Experience with web design platforms • Experience with social media marketing platforms (advantage) • Familiar with HTML / CSS / JavaScript (advantage) • Native English speaker (huge advantage) with good writing & verbal skills • Able and willing to travel periodically as the job requires • Ability to work in flexible hours including late shifts when needed *the job is at Tel Aviv. send your CV: hr@camilyo visit us: camilyo
