we did not pay the price on the cross, but Jesus did and because he paid the price we have to lay aside the weights. in Matthews 11.28 Jesus said that all who labour and are heavy-laden must come to him for he will give them rest.the way to get rid of the weight is to come to Jesus. Philippians 4:4-7 says that you must always rejoice and not be anxious or fretful or worry about anything. but let your request be made known unto God with prayers, supplications and thanksgiving. then the peace of God that passes all understanding will rule, govern and guard your heart and your mind in Jesus Christ and the God of peace shall be with you.
