we looking out for :- Job title: Asst. Manager / Deputy. Manager Job level: M1-M2 Name & title of line manager: Asst. / Deputy. Manager – HR & Admin Business division/function: Human Resources – Shared Services Department: HR & Admin Work location: Corporate Office, Mumbai, India Role Description Summary : - Responsible for Manpower planning, Request for recruitment (RFR) process, need based creation/ development, operations and maintenance related to infrastructure, facilities, general administration, employee welfare and liaison for admn. He / she would be a critical member responsible for strategies, policies, procedures and systems for the above as well as areas like management of physical assets, documents, employee discipline, corporate events, non CTC bills payments, cafeteria services, transportation and related vendor development and management, local/ domestic/ overseas travel et al (any other administration matter requiring personal or delegated attention). Liaise with various Shops & Establishment govt and local govt agencies as per company needs and successfully close the issue on hand within the framework of the company’s policy on ethical business practices. Accountable for creation of the revenue expenses budget for Admn and a meticulous review of the plan versus actual spend such that over estimation is minimised and actual spends are as per plan. Person should have very high people management skills and should have been in a leadership role with accountability for people and budget management. Description of KEY responsibilities: - Talent acquisition and Management On Board Induction & Training Employee Engagement and Training co-ordination Admin and Head count budgetary controls and spends Good communication skills (incumbent should have excellent written and oral English skills) Vendor management, negotiation skills, admin procurement and bill Varification Advance presentation and reporting skills MS office and SAP environment exposure Analytical skills Independent thinking, ground level controlling HR Process, facilities management & operations – housekeeping, cafeteria Employee welfare and corporate events Employee Branding and VMV Roll out Experience and education required :- • 5+ years in general HR & administration at corporate level. Person should be from a Pharma manufacturing background with minimum 4 to 5 units under the Corporate Office and should have established relationship and track record with various central/ state/ semi govt and local govt agencies. Must have independently handled the talent acquisition and negotiations, fit outs, Salary Benchmark with Pharmaceutical Companies, Employee satisfaction survey etc. • Preferably an MBA from university schools or a reputed part time MBA like XLRI/ TISS / MLS • Preferred experience background would be Recruitment, general administration. • Excellent command of written English, preferably convent educated • Excellent PC skills with exposure preferably to a SAP environment and natural flair for being technology oriented Skills and specific knowledge required :- • Preferred industry exposure would include API / Generic Pharma, in a large Indian or multinational company. * Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail sector Core competencies identified : - Analytical Skills Negotiation Skills High Integrity People Management skills
