weekend cut short today by unexpected domestic drama...my upstairs neighbors bathroom overflowed during a massive party he had last night with over 100 people (oh to know what really happened) and water poured into my apt and the damage is significant to my ceiling, walls and floor. this is the second time this has happened with this particular neighbor since he moved in a few yrs ago, and while I am confident eventually itll be repaired/repainted & its certainly not a tragedy, it is a royal pain in the tuchus and I am dreading having to actually deal with both the logistics, and personnel (!) involved. on the upside, I am so wired with annoyance that Im sure I wont go to bed tonight and am getting a ton of work done. #yinyang #perspective #NYCneighbors #pseudokvetch
