weight loss update: still at 203lbs with 47lbs down and 28lbs to go, been at same weight for a month but Ive lost something from my middle as I need to replace 3 pairs of pants and my new belt all ready!My 38 in waist pants are getting loose. I also broke my weekly hiking record of 26 miles, this week hiked 32 miles, my legs are getting noticebly stronger and my average time for the 4 mile circuit has dropped 10 minutes from last month!
