well.....Charter TV sucks. We dont like it, weve had problems with it both days and so I told Tyler to just hook our Directv back up, because we still have the box and we didnt cancel the service yet. He went out to do that, and saw the Charter guy cut ALL of the Directv wires, for no reason. So I had to call Directv and explain that to 3 people, all of who said they have never heard of that happening. They gave us discounts and said they will have someone out here Tuesday to connect us again. Tyler is on the phone with Charter now and hes not happy with them. They cut the wire like 1/2 out of the ground and cut the connectors off inside the box. Jerks.
