well, after 20 months its a separation from servicing contact center (SCC) yesterday with a customers appreciation (4th appreciation for me in SCC) is a great feeling . Of-course yes, its my last working day @ SERCO. Never realized that me being a person who dont carry a smile always loved by all my SCC guys. Thank you very much. Missed OCC guys, sad. Most importantly they gifted me set of casual dress as theyve never seen me in casual wear. I miss you all my contact center guys .. B in touch........ ... :)
