When walking think about your foot placement keep them active.There are several ways of walking .1, Hitting the ground with the heel pad then roll thru the foot and push off with your toes smoothly.your ankle should open out as though you are pointing your toes and your toes should spread showing your soles to the person behind you Be aware of the full breadth of your foot with each stride.The alternative is chi walking which I will discuss at a later date .Walk with a purpose slightly out of breath but not panting but most of all enjoy .Remember every step you take is a step towards better health x
