well got home from COLS and went out and ate and now im back home relaxing and really tired i have have a really long week but let me tell you this was the one of the funnest weeks i have ever had the food was amazing the morning PT was challenging but it got me in shape i cant wait to go back next year and do it all over again, i meet so many people i made so many friends and i have some really great memories and i just want to go back but anyway im glad to be home and ready to enjoy the rest of my summer !!!!
