well, heres the update on that POS who beat up my daughter. she went to court with his mother- who by the way said it was BOTH of their faults, so shes a POS in my book now too-- his bond is $20,000, 10 for this time, and 10 because he had a warrant out for the last time that i knew nothing about. IF he gets out, he will have to wear a monitor so they can keep him 2,500 ft away from her home and work. he wouldnt look her way in court and she feels bad he didnt. not to show him what he did, but because she also believes she did something wrong- classic battered woman syndrome :( . she told me shes never felt so lost and doesnt know what to do. she wont come here or to her fathers house, and i dont know what to do for her.....
