well its 2.18pm and i am sitting here watching criminal minds..just had a call from a friend and was good to talk to him..good on ya andreas! this is my day, everyday in a nutshell...wake up, coffee, go to meeting then lunch, home to rest for a an hor or so then get off to gym or spend time thinking about my day and my attitude(taking my OWN inventory)home again and get ready for meeting then off to get dinnner of stir fried vegetables, chicken pad kra pow and then home to eat..put on movie and relax...check emails and finally finish up with some meditation and then bed...this is my day, everyday of the week...and its not boring, why!? because i am living and working towards being humble,compassionate and feel what it is to start from scratch with nothing but there bare minimum that one can have, i amn not talking the talk as some do, i am walking the walk to spirituality,peace and a new life....having said all that, i am fine, feel great and have no complaints to make about anything...this routine keeps me on track...6 months in 11 days...onwards and upwards
