well its safe to say I proper ruined my legs this morning, doing sets of 12, 10, 6, 3 and 1 with weight increase on each set trying for pb....on squat free bar totalling to 1 rep of 170kg and leg press topping up on 400kg (they hurt), leg extensions with 8 set 6 reps weight increase to full stack. leg curls doing same and finishing with 3 sets 15 small step lunges with 20kg dumbells and fast pace full stretch calf raises, I wanted to cry lol never let it be said I dont work as hard as I make my clients lol I will turn these twigs into trees lol
