well nice peeps for those of you that have always backed me on my weight loss regime, my family my friends and fb friends.. I was at the doctors this morning for the results of my blood test from last week and everything is perfectly normal or better and I have now been taken off the diabetic list ..and to that good news I also got on the scales and I have lost another 4lb which takes my total to exactly where I want to be, so thank you all very much for your encouragement ....and my total weight loss now is14st 11lb...think another 3lb need to lose and thats 15st then gunna stop.....
