well the burgers happened last night... totally awesome flavours and really juicy pretty healthy too... pictures coming...... didst use any cheese in the end as felt it would conflict with the sauces but rated a must make again..... for regular visitors you will recall they were made from the roast pork of the previous day as cold left overs but reheated in thicker slices with a honey glaze... made them like fresh pork steaks ..... and plenty of moisture....could do similar with say roast beef and mustard or honey...... and lamb and mint sauce as the glaze, and toasting the buns adds extra crunch too ..... but essential to have crisp lettuce and red capsicum.
