well today I went to the YMCA west and went swimming it felt so good was in the water for two hours swimming laps boy do i feel it tonight going to do it again tomorrow love the water so glad we are members there really nice and clean and the people there are very nice to want to loose some weight well going to watch tv my favorite guy is coming on Michael J Fox love him as an actor i got to meet him once along time ago at the Toledo Auto Rama show everyone have a good night and sweet dreams:)
