well tonight we have added to the crew again .... I got a message from a good friend who runs a hamster rescue about someone needing to re-home 2 young hairless boys .. around 8 months old brothers .. we went to pick them up and OMG DISGUSTING !!!!!! the cage was nasty .. the couple has 2 ferrets that are skin and bones living in filth and eating cat food .. she mentioned her dog is on litter 6 and if she did not have females this time she was going to dump the mother and the pups in the trash and walk away .. the couple were also planning on getting a couple of ASF so they could cross breed them because those babies would sell hot cakes .... anyway the 2 new boys are safe here with us in a clean cage and eating real food and are now passed out in their hammock lol ... they were named Pinky and the Brain ... but we changed it to Smeagol and Gollum ( since I have a Kili - Fili - Sam - Frodo - and Radagast lol ) I will post pics of the boys as soon as they settle in
