well wait for it.....wait for it.....what a DOGFIGHT that workout tonight was lol ... i really blasted myself tonight every body group and cardio 2 hours of pain wow..and was i ever dragging from my max of 510lbs 2 days ago just flat sore and dragging wow...then weighed in and lost 2 pounds hmmm??? surprised i must say but im not gona worry about it but just keep fighting ..just cardio the next 2 days that ill have to slip in somehow cause ill be working this weekend ..here we go ...as of aug 9th #22.8poundslost117.1togo
