well we just went on a wild goose chase! the woman who came over yesterday that said she was enterested in red and wanted him after seeing him, the two phone numbers she gave me yesterday, ive not been able to reach her either by call or text. she told me that she moved to this area to take an assist. management job with olive garden, so i called olive garden in w.r. and they had never heard of her, so i thought, maybe its the one in macon, well theyve never heard of her either. a lady showed up at my house this evening with a horse trailor to transport red and i decided that before we load this horse up i wanted to drive to w.r. or bonaire to the address she gave us to see what the deal is. we get over there to the address, if its even her real address and its in a residential neighborhood in warner robins, NO place you can keep a horse! reds in poor shape, 150 to 200 lbs under weight and had foundered from getting in to almost 100 lbs of chicken feed several weeks ago and i was just wanting him to go somewhere where someone who had horse knowledge could take the time with him, put some weight back on him and try to nurse him back to health. at this point and its just the bottom line , if i can not place him this week im having him put down this coming weekend! stick a fork in me im done!!! oh yeah, since i posted on line that im blind and marcias going through chemo and radiation, im left wondering if those people were even enterested in a horse at all in the first place or did they just come over to scope our place out, shrug, ya never know these days
