well, were on to the next phase of this cancer treatment... i start a low iodine low salt diet on friday, then friday 9/5 i go in for a whole body scan with a small amount of radioactive iodine, then monday 9/8 i get the mega dose of radioactive iodine and am radioactive all week, have to be off work, and away from people and my pets.... then 9/11 go back for a post treatment scan to see if they killed all the cancer cells and hopefully monday 9/15 i can go back to work! i dont know how this will affect me and how much ill be able to do, they tell me ill be exhausted and joint pain galore (which i do already) but this too will pass, and hopefully they kill all the cancer and we can get on with my life! thanks for all the love support and prayers, it means the world to me!
