went to my reg. store today for items needed...Krista nicely asked the bagger: Please make them light...When we got to the car ...yep, busted bags!!!! I wanted so bad to go inside & she stopped me. An employee was outside ..so I vented. Answer: We were told we have to cut costs & use less bags!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yep, I am going to do an on-line complaint for sure. When you spend hard earned $$$$$ on food, how the heck do they expect older people, handicapped people to carry a single bag that weights 8 lbs. & burst the minute you get to your car????? Very unhappy right now ( no, it is not Publix)..they do what you ask!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
