were house hunting and we noticed that in Ottawa 215k can get you a 45 year old attached townhouse with 300 dollar monthly fees yet just across the river in the Quebec side you can get a huge brand new detached home with all the luxuries for the same price. no fees and lower property taxes. Whats up with Ontario home prices?! We would live in the Quebec side if we could. oh well, Ottawa still way better priced than Toronto, which is why I dont live there.
