what Article 370 is all about plz share and let every kashmiri know it .J&K residents have double citizenship .J&K has its own national flag .J&K parliament tenure is of 6 yrs whereas all other Indian state tenure is of 5 yrs .In J&K state maligning or insulting national flag (tri-color) or national emblems is not punishable crime .Indian supreme court has no jurisdiction in J&K .Indian Parliament can make laws in only a very limited domain .J&K citizen girl can marry any one in India only by losing her citizenship to J&K, However she can marry any pakistani citizen and both will have J&K citizenship. .because of article 370 RTI and RTE is not applicable in J&K .Kashmir forces sharia law on females .Kashmir does not have a Panchayat system .In Kashmir a peon gets paid only 2500/- .in Kashmir, minority hindu & sikhs do not get 16% reservation .because of Article 370, no outsider can purchase land in J&K .because of article 370 even Pakistanis can get Indian citizenship, only they have to marry a Kashmiri girl.
